Tomorrow is Remembrance Day in Canada (and elsewhere) and Veterans Day in the USA. I painted the phrase “Lest We Forget” to commemorate this day.
The Kelly Creates “Poppy” Watercolor Ink is perfect for this lettering. I also painted a poppy flower with this same red ink and added stems with sepia brown (combination of Yellow & Violet inks). I used the Kelly Creates Size 2 lettering brush and palette on Canson Watercolor Paper.
