The Connections series of worksheets is designed for those who have mastered the lowercase and uppercase alphabets using small brush pens, such as the Tombow Fudenosuke Pen, the Zebra brush pen, and Pentel sign touch Brush pen. Now you can advance into connecting the letter shapes to form words. I highly recommend studying the Lowercase and Uppercase Alphabet Worksheets, plus Drills, BEFORE using the Connections series.

The Connections worksheets will help you learn how to adjust your entrance and exit strokes and navigate spacing between letters. By tracing the letters and connecting them, you will develop a sense of spatial judgment to help your brush calligraphy evolve into a confident freehand style.

These practice guides contain letter by letter breakdowns into words that appear in a 2-tone greyscale to help you understand where the starting and ending points are for every single stroke.

The breakdown of words into connecting basic shapes will make those tricky combinations with letters like o, r and v seem easy and fluid. Soon you will be drawing words like a professional calligraphy artist!

Below are affiliate shopping links of pens and papers that I recommend for these worksheets: Tombow Fudenosuke Pens, Pentel Sign Touch Brush Tip pens, Zebra Brush Pens, Tracing paper, HP Premium Laserjet paper (for printing sheets), and Rhodia Dot pads for practicing.
