I love making cards, and this year with my new passion for hand lettering, watercolour and drawing, I decided to illustrate my own Mother’s Day card….and share it with you.
I used the Tombow Monotwin permanent marker to do the lettering and draw the floral images, and then I digitized it and made it into a printable colouring card. It measures about 5″ x 4″, but you can resize it too.
You can just download and print it onto regular printer paper. I colored it with my wonderful Irojiten Colored Pencils from Tombow. There are 2 NEW Irojiten Colored Pencils sets: Vivid and Tranquil. I used 3 colors from the Tranquil set: Rose Pink, Mint Green and Crocus.
I will be offering more free downloads like this in the future, so if you would like to get them and keep up with my news, sign up for my newsletter KELLY LETTERS over on the right side bar, and also subscribe to my blog too.
