Chalk Lettering 101 – Kit Included

I’m excited to take you on a fun lettering journey using chalk markers! This workshop is sponsored by VersaChalk, and they will be providing a fantastic chalk lettering kit (retail value $44!) to everyone registered. This online workshop is available ONLY to residents of the USA with an American shipping address because VersaChalk is shipping kits in the US.

This workshop will have a maximum of 25 participants and will take place on Saturday, May 15, 2021 in a private Facebook group. You must have a personal Facebook account to take this workshop.

You will receive an awesome chalk lettering kit from VersaChalk that includes the following:

• set of 10 white chalk markers 
• 7″ x 10″ double sided chalkboard
• VersaChalk cleaning kit: non toxic spray cleaner, micro fibre cloth, 2 sponges

NOTE: Your correct email and mailing address are important when you register for this class so that the kit will arrive on time. VersaChalk will be shipping your kit in the next 2 weeks.

In addition to the supplies provided by VersaChalk, I recommend you have the following: standard chalk (anti-dust/dust free is preferred), a pencil, paper, ruler, eraser, access to a printer, graph paper, transfer paper. (All of these items are optional).

You will also receive 2 lettering templates for “Just Breathe” and “Home Sweet Home” that I designed exclusively for this workshop. These are printable PDFs that you can download and use as guides for your chalkboard.

In this online class, we will

• learn the basics of lettering with chalk markers
• practice different chalk lettering styles
• talk about layout and design
• use printable templates for flawless results
• understand how to prep and clean your chalkboards
• have fun chatting LIVE in a 2-hour long class on Facebook.

 

If you can’t make the LIVE class, you will be able to join the private Facebook group and watch at your own convenience for 30 days after the class. After 30 days, this group/class will be permanently deleted from Facebook.
