The most challenging stroke to draw with a brush pen in modern calligraphy is the oval. There are 2 types of ovals: the regular oval and the reverse oval.
To practice with this printable worksheet, you will need a large and a small brush tip pen. I used my Kelly Creates Black brush pens, the most popular set of 3 pens in my line. These 3 black brush pens are also in my Deluxe Lettering Kit.
Remember to practice on smooth paper with dots or a grid or lines. You can find different practice pads of smooth paper in my online store.
