Have you ever had a photo that you loved so much you scrapped it twice? Well, that hasn’t happened to me…until this week.  It’s silly really.  I have so many lovely photographs from my daughter’s Graduation which I MUST scrap…and all I wanted to do last week was use one of them for 2 different design team assignments. Oh, well, I thought…and went with it.

Here is my layout that is being featured on the Quietfire Design blog.

That gold glitter paper is self-adhesive from Core’dinations, and let me tell you, it’s fantastic! It comes in 12 x 24″ sheets, very lightweight, glitter does NOT come off and cuts beautifully with my Brother ScanNCut.

I stamped on watercolour paper and then scan and cut the circles and diecut poem with the ScanNCut. I love that I can scan and cut around any design. This gorgeous Quietfire Design stamp set is called “Butterfly Circles, May the Wings.”

I used a purple Tombow Dual Brush pen with water to create a watercolour effect on the butterflies, which were also cut with the ScanNCut. The butterfly is a cut file from svgcuts.com

The papers are Fabscraps collection “Tranquility.”

Happy Crafting!
