In the Spring, I was thrilled to see some of my designs appear on television! Brother commissioned a number of projects from me, which I designed with the ScanNCut and they appeared on display on the Home Shopping Network during National Craft Month.  I don’t get that network/channel here in Canada, so I watched it online and saw my stuff! That was so cool!

Anyway, one of the projects I made was a home décor piece for spring, a butterfly frame.

@kellycreates @bazzillbasics #scrapbooking #cardstock #butterfly #frame #homedecorThe card stock is from Bazzill Basics new spring colours collection, and the printed text paper in the centre background is Pink Paislee.  The butterflies are also cut with  my ScanNCut machine using a svgcuts.com file.  I layered the two butterflies, the shiny top one is cut from specialty Foil Board and the white one is cut from Marshmallow Card Shoppe card stock (all from Bazzill).

Here is the video that shows how I made it!  Finally!  Actually, this video release was delayed several times due to technical glitches.  UGH.  But here it is….

Because of the colours and the butterfly, this could be a summer home decor piece too!

Happy Crafting!
