This year I’m experiencing winter in a new way…because of our pup Finn. When we got him last March, I often thought about and even dreaded the idea of going outdoors for walks with him in the winter months.
Well, here we are, and I am outside walking everyday, usually twice a day. Sometimes I even experience magical moments, like sunrise.
Wow. If you told me this a year ago, I wouldn’t have believed it.
I snapped this ‘selfie’ pic of us with my iPhone one day, and think it is hilarious how he just happened to grab the tie of my hat. He is very naughty and if he can grab someone’s hat or mitts, he does….and then takes off running! lol
My design is based on Sue Sykes’ February sketch over at the Sketchy Gallery on the Canadian Scrapbooker magazine website.
I used the gorgeous winter collection from Bo Bunny called “Altitude.” This layout is being featured on the Canadian Scrapbooker magazine blog, so you can click HERE to visit there and learn more.
I also designed and cut this snowflake frame with my Brother ScanNCut machine using Bazzill cardstock.
Here is the video that shows you how:
If you are enjoying the outdoors this winter, I hope you are taking photos and scrapping them!
