With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I have pink and hearts floating around in my head, so it’s no surprise I came up with this design for a layout.
I created this page for my “Paper Tales” assignment over at the Bazzill blog, which means I had to think of a way to share journaling on a layout. I decided to journal around the heart balloon edges, instead of a traditional journal spot.
Aside from the Bazzill cardstock balloons, I used Pink Paislee’s Bella Rouge collection for the design.
I used my Brother ScanNCut machine to design the hearts and cut them out. You can watch this video to learn how, plus I show how to use the right adhesive to attach the twine and the balloons to the layout.
