There is a new Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine webisode released on YouTube that shows how I designed this layout using the Brother ScanNCut machine:

sisters fabscraps

I took this photo of my mom and her only sister last June, celebrating my Aunt Rose’s 88th birthday.  I’m so glad I have these photos because my Aunt Rose passed away shortly after I created this layout.  This is when scrapbooking truly becomes our passageway back in time.

The papers, bling and chipboard are FabScraps, and I used the ScanNCut to cut the title “Sisters” and the lacy border with Core’dinations Colorcore cardstock.  Plus, I drew, scanned and cut out the entwined hearts element.

Here is the webisode that shows how it all came together with the ScanNCut machine:

You can also click HERE to watch it on YouTube and subscribe to the Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine channel.  There are so many awesome webisodes that show lots of cool techniques and projects!

Happy Crafting!
