Now that the Summer issue of Canadian Scrapbooker magazine is in the works, my new sketch is ready for the Fall issue. I know I know…. we are still waiting for winter to disappear!
The focus of this sketch is “negative space”. Here is my sample layout based on this sketch:
Do you recognize this paper collection? It’s Bo Bunny’s Woodland Winter.
I just LOVE this colour palette and knew it was perfect for my son’s Graduation photos. The blue tones are wonderful!
See those cool silver stars? That’s a fun technique I’ll share on the Canadian Scrapbooker magazine blog in a couple of weeks.
I am feeling pretty guilty about not getting the Grad photos scrapped, but at least this is a start. Now our son is attending university, and graduation seems so long ago.
I wanted to show how you can use any collection for any occasion…. a winter theme doesn’t have to mean winter layouts!
Happy Crafting!
