A Beach Layout and Video Tutorial

I know it’s not really the time of year to post a beach layout, but many Canadians do visit hot spots during the winter, and we all love to scrapbook those warm vacation memories.  So today I’m sharing a layout I designed for a Canadian Scrapbooker magazine webisode, in which I show a simple DIY stencil technique using Heartfelt Creations Spellbinders dies and stamps with gorgeous FabScraps papers and embellishments.
